YoBeatz collects what is needed to operate accounts, publish music, protect the community, and improve discovery—not to build a surveillance business.
Your legal name, birth date, location, account email, recovery email, password hash, sessions, and security events support eligibility, recovery, fraud prevention, and member service. They are not sold or displayed on your public profile.
Tracks, artwork, credits, descriptions, tags, comments, collaboration records, and playlists power the service. You choose what to publish through the available controls.
Reports, moderation decisions, upload validation, rights notices, and abuse signals support platform integrity and may be retained when required to preserve a decision or legal record.
Published profiles, releases, comments, public playlists, and disclosed credits can be visible to listeners. Private account details, messages, Project Room files, recovery information, sessions, and private playlists are restricted to the member and authorized operations.
YoBeatz stores an irreversible password hash rather than your original password. Verification and recovery messages come from YoBeatz through its professional domain mailbox. YoBeatz will never ask you to send a password or recovery link by email.
Active account and release records remain while needed to operate YoBeatz. Expired security tokens and sessions can be removed on an operating schedule. Safety, transaction, and rights records may be retained longer to prevent repeated abuse, preserve decisions, or meet legal obligations.
Account shows your private membership record and can sign out other devices. Settings controls profile visibility, messaging, history, and notifications. Contact YoBeatz support to request an account-data copy, correction, or deletion review; legal, safety, rights, and transaction records may be retained where required.
Managed hosting, storage, email delivery, security, and optional music-recognition services process limited information only as needed to operate and protect the platform.
